Construction consisted of a new building designed to facilitate the day care for employees' children. The facility was a single story, 40,000 square foot structure housing multiple bathrooms, three mechanical rooms, a full kitchen, administrative offices, nurse's stations, kitchenette and day care area. The contract included full landscaping that required a playground, sidewalks and parking lot. Special features of the complex included under slab radiant hot water heating for the floors, solar panels to supplement traditional heating and sediment control pond.
