H icksville, NY : Demolition of an existing structure to accommodate construction of the prototype design for new Chase branches. This stand alone building was 5000 square feet and included an oversize 24 hour ATM night drop vestibule featuring a 20 foot vaulted ceiling, drive thru window, parking lot and complete landscaping.

P ort Washington , NY : Branch construction required the demolition of an existing bar and grille. Construction of the 7000 square feet area included interior office space, tellers' counter, ATM and a state of art technology wall plus exterior site work and drive thru window.

F ort Lee , NJ : Construction of this existing bank required pinning, shoring and the removal of 50 linear feet of two feet thick walls. This 4000 square feet expansion renovation included tellers' counter and office space.

Elizabeth , NJ : Branch construction included demolition of 2 existing interior stores and renovation of the interior 5100 square foot of space into a typical branch that included ATM, offices and tellers' counter. The existing stores were located on the 1 st floor of the 15-story Hirsh Tower building.

Red Bank, NJ : The renovation of this 5500 square foot area included the removal of the front building façade with the typical renovation of the existing space including ATM, offices and tellers' counter.
